• Through Bookwhen (Event Booking Platform):
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Address and Postcode

This information is collected to confirm your booking, keep you updated on event changes, and make sure we have accurate details for your participation.

• Through Sign-Up Sheets (Bar Members):
  • Name
  • Contact Details (Phone Number and Email)

These details are securely stored in a folder to keep track of bar members.

We only collect the information we need to provide our services and communicate effectively with you.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Event Management: To confirm bookings, send reminders, or notify you of any changes related to your event.
• Communication: To contact you for any necessary information regarding your bookings or club activities.

We will never share or sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

• Bookwhen Platform: All data collected via Bookwhen is stored securely on their platform, which complies with GDPR standards. We do not store your data on our own systems.
• Sign-Up Sheets: The information collected on paper is kept securely in a folder.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that your data is stored safely and that access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. WIFI 

When you connect to our guest Wi-Fi network, the UniFi Network application automatically collects limited technical data required for the network to operate correctly. This includes:

Device Information:

• Device MAC address
• Assigned IP address
• Connection times and session duration

MAC addresses are unique to devices (such as phones, tablets, or laptops) but do not contain information that identifies an individual person.

Network Statistics:

Basic data usage metrics (upload and download volumes)
We do not use Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) or any form of packet inspection, and we do not monitor the content of network traffic.

System Logs and Network Operations:

• DHCP lease information
• RADIUS authentication logs (where applicable)
• General system and operational logs required for network functionality

We do not collect web browsing history, visited URLs, or application-level activity. No firewall, proxy, or third-party monitoring tools are used on our network.

How is this Data used

The Limited data collected is used solely for the following purposes:

• Network Operation and Maintenance: To manage connections, maintain network stability, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Security and Performance: To ensure the Wi-Fi network functions efficiently and securely.

This data is not used to identify individuals, track user behavior, or monitor internet activity. We do not sell, share, or use this data for marketing or profiling purposes.

Data Storage and Security

• All network operational data is stored locally within the UniFi Network system’s internal database.
• No personal user data is stored, and no information is retained that can be used to identify individual users.

Access to network systems is restricted to authorized personnel only, and appropriate technical safeguards are in place to protect system-level data.

Summary:
We do not harvest or store any personally identifiable or user-traceable information from our guest Wi-Fi network. The data collected is strictly technical, necessary for the operation of the network, and cannot be used to identify any individual.
